Job Description
Supports the One Insurance Solution Team by assisting with sales efforts, advisor outreach, and client service. Collaborates with team members to drive insurance product adoption and streamline advisor engagement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Partner with senior Consultants to grow insurance sales.
Engage financial advisors via phone and email to promote solutions.
Assist with case prep, illustrations, and proposal creation.
Support marketing campaigns and follow-up communications.
Respond to advisor inquiries and provide product support.
Contribute to team initiatives and special projects as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of
Insurance products and distribution channels.
Internal sales processes and CRM tools.
Financial advisor workflows and client needs.
Skill in
Communicating clearly and persuasively with advisors.
Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Creating polished presentations and reports.
Ability to
Build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
Work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Demonstrate initiative and a proactive sales mindset.
Educational/Previous Experience Requirements
Associate’s degree or 1–3 years of experience in financial services or insurance sales support.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience considered with approval from Human Resources.
Licenses/Certifications
State Insurance Licenses required.
Series 7 Required within 9 months of Hire
