Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Architectural Graduate (RIBA Part I) to join the firm. Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Our ideal team member is passionate and progressively seeking more responsibilities to expand their expertise.  

What You Will Do:

• Collaboratively work within a studio environment in our Data Center Market Sector – to deliver the full life cycle of a project from early concept to project completion
• Explore and illustrate design concepts to solve for creative solutions for multiple clients
• Be an integral team member in the production of construction drawings
• Assist with construction administration responsibilities both on site and in the office
• Participating in the process of exploring and completing usable construction document detailing solutions
• Coordinating with a variety of consultants

What You Need:

• Professional, RIBA accredited degree in Architecture (Part I)
• Proactive, positive approach to problem solving
• Internship experience is desired
• Familiarity with Revit and eagerness to learn additional relevant software and programs
• Exhibit strong organizational, design, detailing, teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate in a diverse project team
• Strengths in conceptual design, technical excellence, and communication skills are also desired
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Flexible attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities is essential
