AP Resolution Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing

• Act as a P2P resolution expert, managing invoice mismatches, GR/IR balances, and aged open items across vendor accounts.
• Ensure timely and accurate payments by reviewing invoices, tracking overdue items, and supporting payment approvals.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and external partners to resolve issues, clear balances, and improve data quality.
• Manage queries and escalations through mailboxes, vendor communication, and second‑level operational support.
• Drive process improvements and reporting, using KPIs and insights to enhance efficiency and support audits and compliance.

What We're Looking For

• A few years of experience in Accounts Payable, P2P, or finance operations, with solid end‑to‑end process knowledge.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, especially AP invoice processing, reconciliation, and ledger management.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP (VIM preferred) and good knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail and confidence in decision‑making.
• Fluent English communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
