Real Estate Coordinator

Position is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations and transactions of DMD’s real estate portfolio including abandoned buildings, Land Bank properties, capital and catalytic projects, and industrial redevelopment targets. Incumbent in this position will collaborate with other DMD divisions, city, county departments, community groups, and external stakeholders to improve the health, investment, and utilization of city owned property.
