Job Description

The position is that of frontline sales personnel who would primarily be responsible for growth and penetration of wood coatings ranging from melamine to high end PU coatings in defined geography through creation, nurturing, expansion and management of Dealer Network and stakeholders comprising Contractors, Applicators, Furniture manufacturers, Architects and end Consumers and thereby, achieving overall business objectives. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate demand for wood coatings by means of organizing activations, samplings and trainings to stakeholders like contractors, applicators etc.
  • Expand the network for wood coatings through integration with retail, projects and services team by means of sharing of leads.
  • Prepare plan to achieve the assigned business objectives for the unit of a region on a monthly level and work towards achievement of targets.
  • Assist contractors in achieving their overall sales target through regular visits, scheme communication and timely material service.
  • Accomplish growth & upgradation of existing contractor network.
  • Monitor the site potential for the unit and track the index for effective primaries. 
  • Timely Resolution of Customer Complaints 
  • Contractor Activation and Addition Percentage
