Pacific Coast Post-Acute in Salinas is looking for a motivated Janitor to join our fast-paced, collaborative environment. If you have a positive attitude and enjoy working as part of a dedicated team to support resident comfort, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Facility Care: Clean and sanitize resident rooms, recreational areas, and bathrooms.
- Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, dust, and buff floors to maintain high standards.
- Sanitization: Deodorize and disinfect surfaces according to safety policies.
- Linen Support: Maintain a supply of clean, quality linens and inspect for damage.
- Waste Management: Efficiently remove trash and maintain windows and mirrors.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: 1 year in a similar role preferred.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a team-player mindset.
- Requirements: No certifications required.
