Position Details
Job Title: Registered Nurse Assistant (RNA)
Shift: AM Shift
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour- DOE
Location: Sunnyvale Post Acute
Key Responsibilities
Assist nursing staff with patient care and daily activities
Support residents with mobility, hygiene, and comfort needs
Monitor and report changes in patient condition
Help maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment
Follow all facility policies, procedures, and care plans
Qualifications
Current RNA certification (as required by the state of California)
Prior post-acute or skilled nursing experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused attitude
