Job Summary 

The Project Coordinator plays a key role in implementing and executing various project processes for the brands within the Better Being portfolio of products. This position will be responsible for coordinating updates of product changes, new product development, and execution of processes.  
 

Essential Functions 

  • Support the operational process functions for various project types, including new product development and product changes.  
  • Assist with updating project reports for the organization. 
  • Review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required. 
  • Work with and assist project managers 
  • Actively seek ways to improve our processes by making new product launches and product changes faster, more effective, and less disruptive. 
  • Other duties as assigned.  
     

Job Qualifications 

  • 2-4 years of experience working in program or project management, or within a production environment.  
  • Track record of driving cross-functional projects to on-time delivery. 
  • Strong ownership mindset with a bias for action and accountability. 
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to proactively identify issues, challenge assumptions, and push for resolution. 
  • Ability to coordinate a plan of action within defined deadlines. 
  • Able to work effectively and professionally with lots of different styles of people. 
  • Capable of quickly learning various project management tools (Optiva, Asana), and experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.).  
     

Physical Requirements 

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to touch, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. 
  • The employee must exert up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs. of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force to move objects. 
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include near acuity, far acuity, depth perception, accommodation, color vision, and field of vision.
