Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in assembling, testing, and inspecting lithium-ion battery products and related materials.
- Maintain production records and report any deviations or issues to the leader or manager.
- Follow all EHS guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production quality and efficiency.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of materials and products.
- Assist in routine maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment.
- Support the team in meeting production targets and schedules.
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or associate degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical field.
- Some of experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Knowledge of production equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
- Understanding of quality standards and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow SOPs and work under supervision.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
