Motion is growing fast. Projects are stacking up, clients are demanding, and the team is all in. We need a master orchestrator who can keep ten balls in the air without dropping a single one.
The deal: As Brand Content & Influence Project Manager, you'll be Bérengère's (Senior Creative Producer) right hand. You'll own our campaigns from commercial signature to final delivery — influence, video, social media, paid, events. You're the link between every stakeholder, the guardian of deliverable quality, and the person everyone calls when things get complicated.

💪 YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WITH US
🎬 Own projects from kickoff to delivery You build production schedules, organize validation steps, track budgets, and ensure deadlines are met. You spot risks before they become problems — and when things go sideways anyway, you find a way through.
🤝 Be the link between all stakeholders You work daily with internal teams (Creative Strategists, Studio, Content, Ad Ops, Finance, Legal) and external partners (agencies, production companies, creators, agents). You keep communication smooth and deliverables sharp.
🎯 Produce varied, ambitious campaigns Influence · Brand Content · Social Media · Digital Video · Paid Social · Motion Design · Events & Live Capture — no two projects are the same.
🔧 Help build Motion's foundations Workflow optimization, process improvement, best practice documentation — you don't just produce, you help build the structure that lets us scale.
✨ WHAT ABOUT YOU?
What we're really looking for:
- 📅 2+ years of experience in digital production, campaign coordination, or project management — ideally in ad sales, media agency, production company, or media group
- 🎯 You know the brand content, influence, and social media world — you've already managed operations involving creators or agency teams
- 🗂️ Organized and detail-oriented — juggling multiple projects at once doesn't faze you, you prioritize with method
- 💬 Fluent in French and English — comfortable in both languages, written and spoken
- 🤝 Great communicator — clients, agencies, creators, internal teams... you adapt to every room you walk into
- 🖥️ Comfortable with tools — you're proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and you use AI as a lever, not a crutch
Nice-to-haves that make the difference:
- 🏢 You've worked in demanding media environments with structured processes and multiple stakeholders — and you know how to stay agile within them
- 🎪 You've managed events and know that last-minute chaos is just part of the job
- 📊 You have hands-on experience with paid social and digital campaigns
- ⚙️ You're comfortable with project management tools (Jira or equivalent)
