Overview
We are seeking a PMO Coordinator to join our team in Vestavia Hills, AL.
Your role
Provides coordination and administrative support to the PMO.
Supports project managers and project controls staff with standard PMO deliverables.
Coordinates project review meetings; tracks action items, decisions, and follow-ups.
Documents project management and project controls processes, ensuring alignment with PMO standards.
Supports continuous improvement by identifying gaps, inconsistencies, or inefficiencies in existing processes.
Supports onboarding of new project team members to PMO tools, templates, and procedures.
Helps enforce consistent use of standardized templates and systems across projects.
Maintains project document repositories and ensures audit-ready records.
Assists with responses to data requests and audits.
Your role
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience supporting EPC projects, PMOs, or project controls teams (electric transmission projects preferred).
Experience documenting SOPs or workflows for PMOs or project controls teams.
Familiarity with project management and project controls systems such as P6, Unifier, Aconex, EcoSys, etc.
Process-driven and detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Understanding of construction project lifecycles and controls.

Additional information
Expected compensation range is between $70,000 - $90,000 annually depending on skills and experience.
