$1,000 Sign-On Bonus � Direct Support Professional (DSP) � Part-Time � Lehigh Valley, PA

Abound Health is seeking compassionate, reliable Part-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) throughout the Lehigh Valley, PA region. Position Details

Part-Time (flexible scheduling based on client needs)
Service Area: Lehigh Valley, PA (Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, and surrounding communities)
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 for qualified candidates
Weekly Pay
� Opportunities for additional hours as caseload grows


About the Role

As a DSP, you will support individuals with I/DD in their homes and communities. Your work may include personal care, community engagement, skill-building, transportation, and companionship. You will help clients live safely, independently, and with dignity.

This role is ideal for someone who is patient, dependable, and passionate about helping others.


Key Responsibilities

� Support daily living skills (meal prep, hygiene, routines)
� Provide companionship and community engagement
� Assist with personal care as needed
� Support behavioral and social skill development
� Transport clients to appointments or activities (mileage reimbursed when applicable)
� Follow care plans and document services accurately
� Maintain a positive, person-centered approach


Requirements

� At least 18 years old
� High school diploma or equivalent
� Valid driver�s license & active auto insurance
� Ability to pass background and registry checks
� Comfortable with personal care and hygiene support
� Reliable transportation
� Ability to work independently in home and community settings


Compensation & Benefits

� Competitive hourly pay
$1,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid in installments)
� Weekly pay

Sign-On Bonus Details

� $333 after 90 days (20+ hours/week)
� $333 after 6 months (20+ hours/week)
� $334 after 1 year (20+ hours/week)
� Not available for RAP or Residential Services hires
� Must not have worked for Abound Health or affiliates within the last 18 months
