Graham Packaging Company is looking for a Technical Specialist Lead based in York, PA (Farmbrook plant).  This opening is for 2ND SHIFT, which operates during the hours of 3pm to 11pm.   Technical Specialist Leads are responsible for monitoring and processing of machines to ensure employee safety, high quality containers and maximize machine efficiency. Work closely with the Production Shift Supervisor to evaluate, train and develop the Operators. Make repairs and modifications that are beyond the abilities of the Operators.
