Job Description:
The Customer Service Rep is engaged to provide Post Sales Services for Juniper Networks. Juniper setups FSLs in APAC to support local order fulfillment and defective parts return from Juniper’s customers to Juniper’s Contract Manufacturer. Products are telecommunication devices. UPS manages the warehousing, inventory, and transportation. The main responsibility is to define the procedure of defective parts return from countries to Juniper Contract Manufacturers
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitoring Defective Shipments
- Provide Daily Reports
- Checking Export Documents
- Process FA / Urgent Shipment
- Support customer issues
- Depot shipment coordination
Qualifications and Skills:
- College Level
- High interest in dealing with different types of people, organize & focus on details.
- Has an understanding on operation procedures and compliance requirements
- Has good customer service and communication skills (both written & verbal)
- Computer Literate
