$29.05 - $40.67The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
The is a term-limited TAR role through May 30, 2026.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Event Management:
- RAX event page administration and reporting; event briefing RSVP lists
- Reconciliation of outstanding event expenses
- Initial vendor coordination for select Meliora Weekend activities
Data, Reporting, and Analysis:
- Collect, track, and record all ESM event and engagement data in CRM database. Includes: event invitation, registration, and participation; alumni engagement with ESM community; alumni inclusion in Eastman publications
Project Completion and Hand-Off:
- Bring existing engagement and data projects to a close or logical pause and transition to existing team member
- Ensure all historical and active files are transferred to a shared drive location with clarifying discussion with Director of Alumni Engagement as necessary
Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required
- or equivalent combination of education and experience required
