The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible and accountable for administration, operation, and direct management of the restaurant.

Where You'll Make an Impact:

1. Develop and assist in a supervisory capacity with the business plan and budget for the restaurant.
2. Responsible for inventory control and ordering supplies, food and drink necessary to operate the restaurant.
3. Developing servers, host, cashiers and utility staff. To include training, interviewing for new hires, assisting with performance management inclusive of disciplinary counseling and conducting performance evaluations.
4. Review staffing levels to maintain budgeted level of employment.
5. Delegate authority and assign duties as necessary.
6. Review departmental status with Manager.
7. Develop, implement and supervise programs and processes to reduce and control loss time injuries.
8. Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary.
9. Other duties as assigned.

Must-Haves:

1. Three (3) years’ experience in restaurant supervision and/or management, purchasing and inventory control.
2. Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined by the Maryland State Lottery and Gaming Commission for the position and an Alcohol Beverage Control card and any applicable health certifications.

  Physical Requirements

1. Ability to work long hours.
2. Ability to stand for long periods of times without sitting or leaning.
3. Ability to climb stairs multiple times daily.
4. Ability to handle multi-tasking-heavy work-exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and up to 30 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
5. Ability to climb, bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body and arms.
6. Ability to work under variable temperatures and noise levels.

1. 24/7 high energy casino with over 100,000 sq. ft. of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 500 employees.
2. Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.
3. You will work in an environment where smoking is allowed.
