We are seeking a highly organized Part-Time HVAC Dispatcher to support our residential HVAC service operations out of Sanford, FL. This role plays a key part in coordinating technician schedules, routing calls, and supporting customer appointment flow throughout the day.

Responsibilities
As a HVAC Dispatcher, you will:
- Dispatch HVAC service technicians efficiently to meet customer appointment times
- Manage incoming service requests and schedule heating and air conditioning service calls
- Coordinate technician routing and job assignments to maximize efficiency
- Monitor call flow through the HVAC service platform and dispatch system
- Communicate with technicians and customers regarding appointment updates and routing changes
- Support field teams throughout the day by adjusting schedules and resolving routing issues
- Maintain accurate scheduling and ensure technicians remain productive throughout the day
This is a fast-paced, in-office dispatcher position supporting residential HVAC service operations.
Qualifications
What You Need
- Prior experience in dispatch, scheduling, or call center environments preferred
- Experience coordinating field service teams (HVAC or home services preferred)
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with local geography and routing preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
- Flexible availability based on business needs and scheduling options
- Must pass background check and drug screening
