About you
- 10+ Years of Experience in Advanced Materials - Proven track record in business development, marketing, market development or commercialization within composites or thermoplastic materials.
- Strong Program Leadership - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional programs or initiatives from concept through deployment.
- Deep Market Knowledge in composites raw materials and ecosystems - In-depth understanding of composites materials used by application, and their functional value. Understanding of industry norms around offer and pricing is a plus.
- Strategic and Analytical Thinking - Strong capability to assess complex data sets and build scalable tools or processes to empower the broader team.
- Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills - Ability to influence and align diverse internal and external stakeholders, including executives, engineers, and commercial teams.
- Technical and Commercial Acumen - A balanced understanding of both material science fundamentals and business drivers, enabling effective translation of technical benefits into commercial value propositions. Experience in working with composites manufacturers to implement new raw materials into their products/processes is a plus.
- Strong track record of achieving new market growth, through effective program management.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English to support global collaboration.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly.
- Proficient in analyzing and organizing market data.
- Strong Ability to translate technical features into commercial value.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as required.
