The Global Shared Services Center (GSSC) enables business operations across multiple geographies and lines of business through accurate, compliant, and timely contract administration. The Customer Deal Desk team is a critical enabler for Sales, Legal, Finance, and Business Operations. The team supports the creation, validation, and processing of customer and Partner/Vendor contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies, commercial guidelines, and operational standards. We operate in a fast-paced, high-volume, SLA/TAT-driven environment, especially during quarter-end cycles. Our focus is on contract accuracy, commercial terms understanding, process discipline, and seamless stakeholder collaboration.
