Position Summary:

The hiring grade will be 4 / 5 / 6.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update records related to various function (as mentioned above) in spreadsheets and accounting systems.
  • Perform accounting reconciliations for RTR functional accounts and internal ledgers.
  • Assist in preparing RTR function related reports and analysis of open items.
  • Conduct basic analysis to validate functional computations and identify discrepancies.
  • Support audits by organizing and providing required documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve RTR function related queries and discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry for respective RTR functional transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, logical formulas).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
  • Ability to perform basic financial and tax or respective functional data analysis.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills for coordination with stakeholders.
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Finance RTR functions within a corporate environment in roles related to handling finance process or in similar finance role.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
