Position Summary:

• Fluency in English
• Ability to analyze business operations and design automated solutions
• Strong human‑relations, communication, planning, and organizational skills
• Ability to present and communicate effectively with management stakeholders
• Ability to collaborate with system users and technical development teams
• Ability to create, read, and interpret system documentation
• SQL skills and data analytics experience considered a plus
• Strong problem‑solving skills in process automation
• Demonstrated business impact from prior work

Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in business or related quantitative discipline.
