Job Description
As a Refinish Commercial Leader you will be in charge of building strategic relationships and leading corporate business to achieve our sales objectives for our refinish industry.
Key Responsibilities
You will build commercial strategies to produce a profitable business model that adapts to market conditions.
You will establish profitable growth strategy for the segment by developing new business. and implementing the value selling process with strategic customers.
You will communicate business objectives.
You will develop business strategies to allow you to increase your client portfolio.
You will perform billing reports and follow up with dealers.
You will be responsible for revenue and profit margin in your accounts and territories.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales, or a related discipline
- Availability and willingness to travel as required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B and B2C sales environmen
- Advanced English proficiency
