Job Summary:**
As a Customer Sales Representative at Acquire Intelligence Philippines Inc., you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong customer relationships by actively engaging with prospective and existing clients to identify their needs and offer suitable solutions.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Proactively identify and contact potential customers through various channels (phone, email, social media, etc.) to introduce Acquire Intelligence Philippines Inc.'s products/services.
* Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
* Present product/service features and benefits effectively, addressing customer queries and concerns.
* Negotiate pricing and terms of sales to close deals and achieve sales targets.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, technical support) to ensure seamless customer experience.
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business or upselling.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product updates.
* Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven track record of success in a customer-facing sales role, preferably in the intelligence or technology sector.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
* Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
* Fluency in English; knowledge of other local languages is a plus.
