Schedule: Full Time (40 hours per week) - Days
What You’ll Do
Front Desk Operations: Greet members by name, check them into the facility, and manage the multi-line phone system.
Membership Sales: Confidently explain membership tiers, conduct facility tours for prospects, and sign up new members using our management software.
Account Management: Assist members with billing inquiries, booking massages, booking personal training sessions, locker assistance, schedule tanning, schedule sauna, and class registrations.
Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, protein shakes, and smoothies according to center recipes.
Point of Sale (POS): Efficiently process transactions for cafe items, retail supplements, and apparel.
Maintain a clean and organized cafe environment, following all health and safety protocols for food handling.
Cleaning Protocols: Perform regular "floor sweeps" to ensure the gym, studios, and locker rooms are spotless. This includes wiping down equipment and emptying trash.
Laundry Management: Maintain a continuous cycle of towel laundry (wash, dry, fold) to ensure our "clean towel service" is never interrupted. Check lists are in Notion for both Wellness Center and Physical Therapy sides
Restock: Ensure locker rooms are fully stocked with toiletries, paper products, and fresh towels at all times.
