Job Description
The Territory Sales Support role, under the direction of the Regions General Manager, works closely with one or more Territory Managers (TM’s) to assist in all aspects of the customer sales cycle. The Territory Sales Support helps the TM populate the sales pipeline by leveraging customer referrals and targeting and qualifying new leads as well as assisting customers already in the pipeline by helping with appraisals, dealing with customer issues and calling on customers in the TM’s absence. This role focuses individual activities on supporting the TM to manage their customer data and accounts (determine which strategy to apply: acquisition, loyalty, conversion, win back and introduction of RB services) and will acquire the technical skills needed to use sales tools necessary to conduct business.
