At Thales, we are looking for a strategic and business-oriented professional to drive the Product Marketing and Go-To-Market strategy for our Cyber Detection & Response Services portfolio across Iberia.
This role sits at the intersection of cybersecurity, marketing, sales, and strategy, playing a key part in shaping our value proposition and accelerating growth in managed security services.
Key Responsibilities :
Product Marketing & Positioning (Cyber Detection & Response Services – Iberia)
Contribute to the evolution of the services portfolio and roadmap (local & global), aligning internal capabilities, vendor partnerships, market demand, and threat landscape evolution
Develop and adapt the value proposition and positioning of Cyber Detection & Response services for the local market
Define a clear, differentiated, and value-driven commercial narrative for services such as MDR, DRPS, Threat Hunting, Vulnerability Management, and other managed security services
Act as the voice of the market, bringing insights, trends, and requirements to global portfolio team.
Demand Generation & Go-To-Market (GTM)
Define and support go-to-market initiatives (launches, campaigns, events, webinars, workshops) aligned with global strategies
Create strategic content (use cases, sales decks, executive briefs, whitepapers) to support demand generation
Collaborate closely with Operations and Communications teams to maximize GTM impact
Represent the Cyber Detection & Response portfolio in key events and client engagements
Sales & Presales Enablement:
Enable sales and presales teams on value proposition, messaging, and portfolio
Support early stages of the sales cycle, bringing strategic positioning and differentiation
Contribute to service delivery models, proposal content, and pricing frameworks
Ensure quality, consistency, and alignment of proposals with operational capabilities
Business Development & Partnerships
Support strategic discussions with key clients, promoting long-term managed security services
Identify growth, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
Collaborate with technology partners and cybersecurity vendors
Drive the development of customer success stories and references
Requirements
8–10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, managed services, or complex B2B technology environments
Experience in Product Marketing, Portfolio Management, or Go-To-Market, ideally in Cyber Detection & Response (MSS, MDR, SOC, recurring services)
Strong understanding of managed services business models (value proposition, pricing, recurrence, scalability)
Proven experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Presales, and Delivery teams
Ability to translate technical capabilities into business-driven messaging
Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills
Strategic mindset, autonomy, and results-oriented approach
Native Spanish + fluent English (international environment); Portuguese and French are a plus.
