Role Purpose
Senior Associate – Administration & Facilities (Technical) is responsible for end-to-end administration, facilities, and technical operations for a standalone R1 site. This role integrates strong electrical engineering expertise with administrative leadership to ensure compliant, efficient, and cost-effective workplace operations in an IT/ITES environment.
Key Responsibilities
Facilities & Technical Engineering Operations
Oversee low-side and high-side equipment including HVAC, electrical panels (LT/HT), DG sets, UPS and fire systems
Ensure adherence to Planned Preventive Maintenance schedules
Troubleshoot breakdowns and conduct root cause analysis
Drive energy management and efficiency initiatives
Supervise repairs, refurbishments, and minor projects
Maintain technical documentation and logs
Administration & Workplace Operations
Manage housekeeping, cafeteria, security, front office, parking and visitor management
Supervise employee transport operations for 750+ staff
Address and resolve employee facility concerns
Coordinate fire drills, audits, and emergency preparedness
Support leadership visits, audits and client engagements
Vendor, AMC & Contract Management
Manage AMC/CAMC contracts and DLP tracking
Support vendor selection, negotiation and finalization
Assist Procurement with RFP/RFQ processes
Track SLAs and conduct vendor performance reviews
Asset, Compliance & SOP Management
Maintain asset registers and compliance documentation
Develop and implement SOPs for facilities and admin functions
Ensure audit readiness and statutory compliance
People Management & Reporting
Hire, train and manage supervisors, engineers and maintenance staff
Coordinate with IT, security and internal stakeholders
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports
Support budget planning and cost control
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
6+ years of experience in Administration & Facilities within IT/ITES or large corporate environments
