Overview
To oversee daily operations in Registration Services. Ability to register and obtain financial information for all patient types. Meet and maintain departmental accuracy and collection goals. To supervise and evaluate the assigned staff. Communicate with ancillary departments or physician’s offices regarding issues as needed. Required to work weekends, holidays and on call as needed to ensure 24-hour coverage. Ability to work flexible schedule as needed. Reports to the Registration Services Department Director.
Qualifications
Education required: High School/GED
Education preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Management or related field from an accredited college or university
Experience: Minimum of three years of management experience preferred. Prefer five years of healthcare experience. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel required, Publisher and Access preferred.

Medical Terminology preferred.
