Your Role as a Weekend Home Health RN
As a Weekend Home Health RN, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes, ensuring continuity of care during the critical weekend window.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans.
Providing skilled nursing care and essential patient/caregiver education.
Coordinating care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
Monitoring progress and adjusting care for patients recovering at home.
Documenting visits efficiently using our streamlined AI-assisted tools.

Qualifications
Active, unencumbered Florida RN license.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
Home health experience preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate!
