Roving Leasing Specialist - Multi-Site Tax Credit Affordable Properties

The Leasing Specialist responsible for the occupancy/revenue, lease-up activities, outreach marketing initiatives at assigned properties. Creates extensive outreach, service and overall lifestyle plans for assigned communities. Show and lease apartments, town homes, or condominiums to prospective residents and supports the properties long term management plan and strategies. This person will work at several communities as directed.
