Overview
Assume responsibility and accountability for the operational success of a hospital Materials Management department. Responsible for the delivery of high quality services that meets or exceeds customer expectation. Achieve system, hospital and departmental goals and objectives. Develop a highly motivated team that work efficiently and effectively in providing services to hospital departments and operating centers. Provide on-site guidance and direction to assure supply chain goals and objectives are met.

Education
- Bachelors degree or 4 years experience in material management required in lieu of degree plus
- 5 Years materials management experience required.
Certification/Licensure
- No specific certification or licensure requirements
Experience
- Warehouse experience
- Inventory experience
- Leadership of direct team of 10+ staff members
- Experience with basic productivity software (Microsoft Excel, PowerPivot, etc.)
- Interdepartmental collaboration
- Supply Chain and/or Healthcare operations experience
- Project management experience
- Experience with perpetual and par inventory management technologies
- Experience with LUM (low unit of measure) distribution models
- Experience navigating/leading through significant change
- Experience utilizing ERP systems (Workday, Infor, Oracle, etc)
