Job Description
The Director of Land Finance provides strategic leadership and oversight of land finance operations across Minto Communities’ U.S. portfolio. This role partners closely with Land Development, Finance, Accounting, and executive leadership to drive disciplined capital allocation, evaluate land acquisitions, oversee financial performance of land development projects, and ensure the integrity and optimization of land-related financial systems and processes. This position serves as the enterprise leader for land financial strategy, modeling standards, reporting, and business systems, while developing and mentoring land finance talent. The Director plays a critical role in executive decision-making, long-range planning, and continuous improvement initiatives that support scalable growth.
