Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the gambling sector. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering projects involving multiple engineering teams and disciplines within fast-paced, Agile environments. Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership, technical teams, and external stakeholders to define and achieve project objectives. Communicate project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies clearly and effectively. Drive business readiness and user adoption by aligning stakeholders, delivering change strategies, and ensuring smooth transition to new processes and systems. Agile Delivery Leadership: Lead and oversee project delivery in Agile environments Foster a culture of continuous improvement within teams and processes. Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and address potential risks proactively to minimize impact. Manage project challenges effectively, ensuring swift resolution of issues. Budget and Resource Management: Maintain control of project budgets, ensuring financial targets align with business objectives. Optimise resource allocation across multiple engineering teams and disciplines. Performance Monitoring: Track and report on project performance using industry-standard tools and metrics. Drive post-project reviews, incorporating lessons learned into future projects. Business Readiness Apply governance and tracking using the framework to ensure successful transition and adoption of change Requirements: At least 2 years’ experience managing multidisciplinary projects in fast-paced, Agile environments. Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate multiple engineering teams, including software, hardware, and operations disciplines. Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project), and best practices. Experience within the gambling or gaming industry is desirable. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving results. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Product Management, or a related field desirable Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, compliance standards, and responsible gambling principles desirable PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus #Interactive
