Your Purpose
As Assistant Boutique Manager, you will support the Boutique Manager in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the onboard boutiques while delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our guests. You will contribute to maintaining high retail standards, supporting team coordination, and creating a professional and welcoming environment aligned with MSC Cruises’ luxury hospitality values. This role is key in supporting operational consistency, assisting new team members during onboarding, and strengthening collaboration across departments onboard.
Your Impact
You will play an important role in driving guest satisfaction and supporting the achievement of retail sales targets through excellent customer service, strong operational support, and effective team collaboration. By assisting with merchandising, stock organization, and daily retail activities, you will help ensure that onboard boutiques operate efficiently and consistently across the fleet. Your contribution will support stronger team management, clearer role alignment, and a premium retail experience for guests sailing with MSC Cruises.
