Job Description
The Contract Compliance Specialist will help reduce financial risk and improve contract oversight. This role will focus on recovering overpayments, ensuring vendor compliance with contract terms, and improving data accuracy within the CLM system.
The Contract Compliance Specialist will help reduce financial risk and improve contract oversight. This role will focus on recovering overpayments, ensuring vendor compliance with contract terms, and improving data accuracy within the CLM system.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, contracting, or vendor management.
- Strong understanding of S2P processes and contractual pricing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with contract database cleanup and data alignment initiatives.
- Advanced database management and use
Preferred:
- Experience with ERP/procurement systems (Oracle, Coupa preferred).
- Background in cost recovery or vendor audit programs.
- Certifications such as CFE, CIA, CPP, or Lean Six Sigma.
