Fiber Sensing Installation Technician

The general role of the Fiber Sensing Installation Technician – Fiber Optics is to serve as an on-site resource to oversee the proper installation of fiber optic cable for a variety of purposes such as pipeline monitoring.  The Fiber Sensing Installation Technician is also responsible for terminating, splicing, documenting, and testing fiber optic cables with an end goal of meeting customer needs and providing maximum operating efficiency. The work performed will be on active construction sites.
