Assistant


Support Line Manager and/or (Local) Management Teams regarding their schedule/agenda, business trips, meetings, correspondence and organization of activities.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support line manager and/or local management team(s) in organizational and administrative tasks

  • Pro-actively manage and organize calendars, meetings, appointments and (team) activities internally and, if applicable, externally

  • Prepare documents and presentation material; respond to incoming correspondence, inquiries, and calls. Take and distribute meeting minutes.

  • Organize business trips, incl. transportation and accommodation in the most cost-effective way; may be responsible to create travel expense reports.

  • Execute various administrative activities e.g. booking of meeting rooms, processing of invoices etc.

  • Might participate in (inter)national communication network, and if necessary, maintain and update webpages on the Intranet

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role or as Assistant preferred

  • Very good interpersonal and verbal & written communicational skills

  • Excellent MS Office 365 skills

  • Good organizational skills

  • Ability to handle sensitive data

  • Local Language is a must, English language skills are preferred
