Assistant
Support Line Manager and/or (Local) Management Teams regarding their schedule/agenda, business trips, meetings, correspondence and organization of activities.
Main responsibilities:
Support line manager and/or local management team(s) in organizational and administrative tasks
Pro-actively manage and organize calendars, meetings, appointments and (team) activities internally and, if applicable, externally
Prepare documents and presentation material; respond to incoming correspondence, inquiries, and calls. Take and distribute meeting minutes.
Organize business trips, incl. transportation and accommodation in the most cost-effective way; may be responsible to create travel expense reports.
Execute various administrative activities e.g. booking of meeting rooms, processing of invoices etc.
Might participate in (inter)national communication network, and if necessary, maintain and update webpages on the Intranet
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative role or as Assistant preferred
Very good interpersonal and verbal & written communicational skills
Excellent MS Office 365 skills
Good organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive data
Local Language is a must, English language skills are preferred
