Job Description

  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office,O365 and networking fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environment.
  • Provide first-level support for desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
  • Manage user accounts, passwords, and access rights in Active Directory.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes including system setup and recovery.

Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 support teams as needed.
