Job Description
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office,O365 and networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environment.
- Provide first-level support for desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems via phone, email, or in-person.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access rights in Active Directory.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes including system setup and recovery.
Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 support teams as needed.
