The Role

The Senior Analyst, Co-Brand Product will play an integral role in the growth of Wyndham Rewards co-branded financial products portfolio. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for owning and advancing portfolio analytics and reporting, identifying and evaluating growth opportunities, and supporting product development initiatives. The role will partner closely with the cobrand team, internal stakeholders, bank partners and other third parties to drive strategies to grow the program.

 

This is a remote role based in Saint John, New Brunswick. Team members attend in person collaboration days, training, and business meetings. 

 

What you'll do

• Develop and own portfolio analytics and deliver monthly portfolio performance reporting.
• Track and measure key KPIs including acquisition, activation, purchase volume, acquisition channel performance, campaign performance, and profitability.
• Design and implement frameworks to analyze product performance to inform growth strategies and improvement opportunities. 
• Evaluate growth opportunities by conducting due diligence on feasibility, financial assessment and forecasting. Build and maintain financial models to support business initiatives, forecasts and profitability assessments. 
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to bring new product features, capabilities and benefits to market. This includes gathering requirements, managing project timelines/deliverables, and conducting testing. 
• Manage internal audit requirements related to the cobrand portfolio, working in close partnership with Wyndham Rewards, Finance and Internal Audit. 
• Monitor industry and competitor trends to inform product strategy and roadmap. 
• Support annual planning processes, including forecasting, budget allocation, and product roadmap development

Required Qualifications/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-5+ years experience in business analysis, financial services, credit cards, or related fields
• Strong analytical skills and proven track record of using data to inform strategies
• Proficiency with excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Tableau), as well as project management tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira)
• Experience working with internal and external partners (e.g., bank issuers, agencies)
• Strong partnership management experience (bank, network, and/or agencies)
