Issue work instructions to the various internal team to execute job activities in the live production network.
Gather and evaluate the requirements from the various functional entities and formulates the technical specifications and solution.
Manage the lifecycle of the network and refresh equipment at appropriate times to prevent network failures.
Manage system capacity to ensure that the network performance meets the Service Level Agreements offered to customers.
Evaluation of new products and technologies for new services rollout.
Keep abreast of new technologies and constantly upgrade and improve the network and services that is offered to customers.
Manage equipment vendors, purchase equipment through tendering process and administer supplier's contract.
Work with Operations team and Vendors to implement, commission, and managed the systems at all times.
Lead the team and drive the service migration activities across different platforms inclusive of night jobs
