Job Description

The GORP equipment manager provides outdoor equipment rental to Grinnell students, faculty, and staff and assists with inventory and management of outdoor equipment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Be a resource for the type of outdoor equipment patrons need for their adventures and a resource for how to use the equipment
  • Assist patrons with the rental of outdoor equipment by checking equipment in advance of a reservation and helping to clean and put away equipment once returned
  • Perform weekly inventory and assist with equipment repairs as necessary
