Candidate will assist with electronic warfare test planning, execution, and analysis, as well as system design and development, in collaboration with vendors and test partners. The candidate must be able to solve problems creatively, communicate effectively, and proactively engage in technical decision making to achieve objectives. This individual will be a team player and work well with technical professionals in an active, agile environment on a multi-discipline team.
This position is located at Wright Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), Ohio and is within a commutable distance from Beavercreek, Fairborn, Dayton, and Riverside.

Essential Job Responsibilities
- Propose, research, develop, and document realizable solutions from modeling and simulation of radar processing and self-protection techniques
- Interact with program sponsors and customers to understand program priorities, share analysis results, and introduce new concepts
- Participate in design reviews, technical interchanges, working groups, and program status meetings, either as a presenter or as a reviewer
- Provide critical design feedback and offer potential solutions to any design deficiencies during design reviews, technical interchanges, working groups, and program status meetings
- Participate in meetings and collaboration events at DoD and vendor locations
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
- 3+ years of Electronic Warfare experienced related to Radar and/or RF systems
- 3+ years of experience with analog, digital, and Radar/RF electronic components
- 3+ years of experience with RF test equipment
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Self-starter – takes the initiative to research, learn, and deliver
- Team player – humble, collaborative, focused on making sure the entire team succeeds, willingness to share knowledge with junior engineers
- Clearance:Secret Security Clearance to start
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance with enhanced security checks
Preferred Requirements
- 3+ years of experience scripting and coding signal processing and radar domain problems with Python, MATLAB and MATLAB Toolboxes
- 3+ years of experience with antennas, phased arrays, and/or digital radar
- Experience with cognitively enabled electronic warfare applications/systems
