Job Description
Responsible for ensuring guest service and satisfaction by orchestrating through the team, production of quality food and high standards of service in all our restaurants. This role sets the example for exceptional guest service in restaurants.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Four-year college degree preferred. Four to six years' restaurant manager experience required. Three to five years gaming supervisory experience preferred.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong organizational and people skills required.
