6 to 10 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in laboratory testing, thermal-hydraulics, nuclear systems, fluid systems, heat transfer, or test engineering environments.
Demonstrated experience planning, executing, and documenting engineering test programs.
Experience interpreting engineering drawings, P&IDs, system descriptions, design specifications, and analysis requirements.
Experience translating design, analysis, or licensing needs into test requirements, test plans, procedures, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
Experience with thermal-hydraulic instrumentation, data acquisition systems, calibration practices, and data quality controls.
Experience performing data reduction, analysis, uncertainty evaluation, visualization, and interpretation of engineering test data.
Experience working in a QA-controlled, safety-related, or highly regulated engineering environment.
Ability to independently resolve complex technical issues and provide timely, well-supported engineering recommendations.
Experience with instrumentation selection for pressure, temperature, flow, level, differential pressure, heat flux, void fraction, or two-phase flow measurements.
Experience applying relevant industry codes and standards to engineering design, test facility setup, instrumentation, equipment selection, or test execution.
Ability to support on-site testing, extended test campaigns, commissioning activities, troubleshooting, and occasional travel.
Strong technical writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to present technical results, test status, and engineering conclusions to internal stakeholders, external partners, clients, or regulators.
