Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) on clinical datasets and contribute to data cleaning and preprocessing
Implement and evaluate ML and DL models using structured/tabular data, and potentially images or unstructured text
Contribute to the use and extension of internal ML frameworks (e.g. MOSAIC)
Collaborate with clinicians to translate clinical questions into data-driven solutions
Produce clear data visualizations, reports, and presentations for both technical and clinical stakeholders
Support documentation, reproducibility, and good software practices in research projects
