Job Description
Key Responsibilites
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers promptly, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction with purchases.
- Train and coach baristas to meet Starbucks and Ingles standards, including perfect beverage preparation and compliance with guidelines.
- Assist with scheduling, delegating tasks, and supporting daily kiosk operations.
- Manage inventory and ordering for Starbucks supplies, merchandise, and pastries; maintain organized stock areas and accurate records.
- Prepare weekly bills and monitor inventory controls to reduce waste and spoilage.
- Implement new Starbucks promotions and procedures; ensure kiosk readiness and staff training.
- Respond to voicemails and handle communications in the Starbucks Manager’s absence.
- Operate cash register and answer phones in compliance with Ingles policies.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment by monitoring for hazards and adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Support company policies, store rules, and perform additional duties as assigned.
