Back to jobsPerforms general repair of industrial equipment including lathes, milling machines, cranes, conveyors and compressors.
Is able to troubleshoot and repair industrial power systems, lighting, motors, ect.
Maintains and repairs facility systems including plumbing, lighting, and HVAC.
Is familiar with and uses lock-out/tag-out to control hazardous energy.
Conducts basic common electrical measurements using a digital multimeter, insulation tester, or similar and interprets information to determine and repair faults.
Is able to read and interpret machinery manuals, schematics, and flow charts to troubleshoot malfunctions.
Conducts preventative maintenance tasks on machinery and building systems.
Is comfortable working from height using scissor lift or boom lift, and is able to safely operate a forklift.
Is able to work as part of a team or independently as required.
Possesses basic knowledge of machine tool equipment mechanical systems.
Is able to use basic metrology equipment such as calipers and micrometers.
Is responsible for ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards regarding manufacturing and assembly equipment.
Understands fundamentals of mechanical alignment.
Performs other duties as assigned or required.
