Ensure client projects meets or exceeds customer timing expectations. Accountable for bridging the gap between customer requirements and optimization requests during the production phase.
Responsible for maintaining customer relationships by leveraging those connections to sustain and expand the business. This involves providing exceptional customer service and responsiveness to ensure satisfaction.
Take ownership of quoting and proposals and cooperating with internal stakeholder to execute those according to targets. Ensure timely communication with the customer regarding quote status and delivery, meeting internal quote turnaround targets.
Lead issue resolution for the customer. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve account matters by working with Customer Support, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Purchasing to understand root causes & resolve. Solve practical problems & deal with a variety of changing situations daily.
Attend and occasionally lead project meetings and identify action items for internal and external customer teams.
Ensure all customer questions and concerns are responded to promptly in alignment with commercial initiatives and the company mission.
Execute and manage product exits and transfers for customers where needed. Proficiently complete and oversee product exits and transfers for customers, ensuring smooth and efficient transitions and relocations of products.
Guide margin reviews and analyze forecast trends and sales patterns to project site revenue.
Demonstrate ownership of assigned accounts through displaying a deep understanding of the topics, including order status, product information, account status, and product & service pricing, with a willingness to engage in critical thinking and openness to challenge and validate knowledge as necessary.
Manage S&OP, Rolling Forecast (RFC), and budget planning for various accounts.
Train coworkers on procedures and processes, may need to establish and edit existing methods. Willing and able to informally coach and mentor Account Specialists.
