Job Description

We’re looking for sales-driven, enthusiastic experienced licensed sales professionals to join our next classes of Sales Consultants beginning in Summer 2026.

In this role, you will respond to calls coming into our call center by positively promoting Farmers insurance products to prospective customers, consulting with customers to understand their needs, and selling those products which best fit the customer’s needs. You may also make outbound calls to optimize sales potential. You will earn a competitive base salary in addition to monthly incentive earnings based upon your performance.

  • Our model includes guaranteed annual base pay of $40,000+ based on your experience. 
  • A competitive benefits package PLUS an uncapped performance-based incentive, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings on average up to an additional $27,300+ on top of the guaranteed base pay annually. 
  • Many of our top performers who consistently meet and exceed their goals earn up to an additional $75,000+ on top of their annual base pay. 
  • Experienced and licensed insurance sales professionals with 3+ years working in a competitive call center environment will be considered for higher salary grades - Senior or Lead sales roles, with starting annual base pay of $50,000+.
