Treetop Adventure Concierge – Gorilla Grove 

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Treetop Adventure Concierge – Gorilla Grove. In this role, you will be taking attraction orders properly and entering them into the terminal system. The cashier will also be responsible for credit and room charge purchases.   

As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll ensure all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service always. 

$14/hr 

Key Responsibilities  

• Oversee daily operations of taking attraction orders properly and entering them into the terminal system. 

• Responsibilities include gear inspections, assisting guests in proper harness fitting, demonstrating proper ropes course safety, inspecting equipment, and educating guests about Gorilla Grove / Kalahari.   

• Inspecting each inside and outside harnessing area for safety, cleanliness, and supplies. 

• Make independent decisions while maintaining strong ethical standards consistent with compony policy, rules, and safety. 

• Must be effective at listing to, understanding and clarifying the issues raised by associates, supervisors, department heads, senior management, and guests.  

 

What We’re Looking For  

• Prior experience with outdoor recreation, athletics, educational roles, high ropes instructor experience or ziplining experience is a plus but not required  

• A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.  

• Cashier experience preferred
